Integrative healing means using techniques and tools I have gathered along my journey to meet the needs of my clients and to truly get to and address the root cause of dis-ease.
I am an artist and I am a healer, but the true message is that healing is an art and we are never healed or unhealed but in a constant state of healing. Every situation and person is different, so I truly strive to meet people and their wounds exactly where they are, without trying to impose, or change them, but instead inspiring radical self acceptance and in doing this all of which ails us transforms into our greatest gifts, which then allows us to integrate all of these parts of ourselves that have been wounded and disintegrated from the whole causing disharmony and pain.
I create safe sacred spaces for pain to be felt, processed and transmuted. When we quit suppressing and instead feel and practice breath work, we come down from the panic of the mind and back into the body, and our spirit wakes as well.

A yoga Journey
In these sessions, I create a safe and sacred space for healing. The room is set up for yoga, whether you are floor accessible or we are starting with a chair. My goal is to help to get all parts of you on the same page, to bring all the disintegrated and often painful parts of self into your whole self.
When you arrive we will discuss your personal pains and disharmonies and I will cater our session to meet those needs, whether that means crafting meal or herbal plans, spending some time in conversation, guided meditations, or specific poses and practices to help you towards healing.
My approach to wellbeing is through all parts of you, mind, body and spirit. I have an intuitive ability for discovering the root of pain, correcting it, and facilitating a more self-nurturing relationship.

90-minute session of unifying all parts of self through breathwork yoga, meditation for spiritual wellbeing, healing and self-love.
We cater the practice to fit us not the other way around.
Reiki is a form of energy healing. Opposed to just going through the motions of massage, I focus your and my intention and energy to help aid in healing. I am communicating with your cells through touch reminding them it is okay to accept the pain and integrate, thus dissolving knots and unraveling lines and patterns of tension. I use my homemade herbally infused healing oils as a way to create an even deeper restoration.
I have been trained formally in Reiki and have done a workshop on Thai yoga massage. I have also been apprenticing through different massage therapists and studying physical therapy for a few years. I also incorporate other techniques I have learned through my studies with bodywork.
